HOA rips home from sick man over $977 in dues – & sells the $450k property for $8,000

A HOMEOWNER is speaking out after his $450,000 property was taken away and sold at auction for just $8,000.

He owed $977 in fees to his Homeowners’ Association, but was unable to pay the thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees.

Toby Newton, a resident of Mesa, outside of Phoenix, Arizona, said his home was foreclosed on and sold out from under him.
