Grab flapper dresses, boas, three-piece suits or golf knickers and get ready to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Glendale’s Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center.
Glendale Parks and Recreation Department’s “Roaring Into 20 Years” anniversary open house, where everyone is encouraged to dress like a flapper or dapper gentleman in the 1920s to try their luck in a costume contest. The party is 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25 at FRAC, 5600 W. Union Hills Drive.
Guests can shimmy their way through a Zumba party and play trivia and board games, feast on cake and capture the moments at a photo booth…
