AVONDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — An Avondale school resource officer seen on video in a physical confrontation with a student did not commit any crimes, according to a Peoria Police Department investigation.
Police are recommending a charge to the Maricopa County Juvenile Court of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer against the student involved, Avondale police officials said.
