MESA, Ariz. – A body was found in Mesa on Thursday afternoon, according to the city police. The Mesa Police Department received a call from a person who was walking in the area of University Drive and Higley Road. The caller said there was a woman on the ground near bushes. Officers arrived and found a woman who was dead.
