MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. – Even though Phoenix’s largest homeless encampment was broken up late last year, the need for help is still obvious if you drive around the city. However a new analysis done by the Phoenix Rescue Mission shows there are gaps in services and gaps in data previously collected county-wide.
