In the judicial equivalent of a dunk, the Arizona Supreme Court reversed a decision that tossed out a private swimming club’s suit against the City of Scottsdale. On Dec. 16, 2020, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Joseph Mikitish granted the city’s “summary judgment” motion, ruling that the Neptune Swimming Club’s lawsuit has no merit.
