PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – Phoenix Police confirmed a officer-involved shooting in central Phoenix early Tuesday. The shooting happened on 19th Avenue, just north of Bethany Home Road just before 7 a.m. At least one man was shot and rushed to the hospital.
