Joe Seriale, owner of Joe’s Diner located on 7th Avenue in Midtown Phoenix, says he makes the best pancakes in the Valley. So, it makes sense he would go for the world record for tallest pancakes stack. Joe made the attempt on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024, to go past 40 inches, the record set back in 2016. Will he do it? Or will his attempt fall flat?
