SURPRISE, AZ (AZFamily) – A person is seriously hurt after being shot in a Surprise neighborhood early Friday morning. Around 4 a.m., Surprise police officers responded to a neighborhood near Jerry and Ocotillo streets, east of Grand Avenue, for reports of shots fired. As emergency crews arrived, they found one person who had been shot.
