PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Phoenix police say a man was shot to death in a neighborhood north of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport early Sunday morning. Phoenix Police Sgt. Rob Scherer tells Arizona’s Family that the shooting happened just before 3 a.m. near 23rd and Fillmore streets, north of Van Buren.
