Driver without license responsible for killing 23-year-old woman in freeway crash, authorities say

MESA, Ariz. (KPHO/Gray News) – A man is facing charges after causing a crash that killed a woman in Arizona over the weekend. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, 45-year-old Nicholas Stewart Meyer was making a lane change on U.S. 60 in Mesa around 8 a.m. on Sunday when he drifted to the right and crashed into a vehicle that was stopped on the side of the road.
