Gilbert-based construction company, Benson Construction, is constructing a LuxeLocker storage facility in Goodyear, Ariz. They will break ground on the site on December 12. The new storage facility will be located near the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport at 14585 West El Sol. Construction begins December 2024 with a year build, setting an opening date for January 2026. Once construction begins, 61 luxury units will be available for pre-purchase.
