PHOENIX – Hours after a suspect drove into a crowd of New Year’s revelers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, the FBI says they are investigating the incident as an act of terrorism. Law enforcement and safety experts say it may take time to better understand what led to the New Orleans attack but they urge people attending large events to always be aware of their surroundings.
