CHANDLER, Ariz. – The driver who fatally struck an elderly woman using a Chandler crosswalk in 2023 has been sentenced to prison. Keith J. Taylor, 27, was recently sentenced to 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter and leaving the scene of a deadly crash, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said.
