Child, 2 adults seriously injured after fiery crash in north Phoenix

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A child is among three people who have been rushed to a hospital with serious injuries after a fiery crash on a north Phoenix roadway.

The collision happened just before 8 a.m. Friday near the intersection of 48th Avenue and Happy Valley Road. Officials say police and fire crews arrived to find a crash involving two vehicles, one of which was on fire with a man trapped inside.

Firefighters were able to free the man from the vehicle and take him to the hospital.

However, a young girl was transported in extremely critical condition, while another man also suffered serious injuries…
