The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office decided not to prosecute a Glendale police officer who shot and killed an unarmed man while responding to a call that wasn’t about him.
Dillon Siebeck, 46, was killed on Jan. 8 when officers mistakenly thought he was connected with a domestic violence call, according to the Peoria Police Department, which investigated the shooting.
