Last Thursday at Desert Diamond Arena, a significant gathering marked the 2025 Military Induction Ceremony, a tradition within Glendale’s community since 2017. Led by Jerry P. Weiers, the Mayor of Glendale, and supported by the Mayor’s Military Mission, colloquially known as “Triple M”. The event recognized the newest inductees into the armed forces. Acknowledging the service of these young men and women, the community came together in the Westgate Entertainment District to honor their commitment.
Presiding over the ceremony, Mr. John Crow kept the proceedings on track as emcee. Each inductee was called up individually to participate in a ceremonial swearing-in, making it official with their first challenge coin, a personalized stole, and a Certificate of Appreciation.
