Rene Alejandro Valdivia-Gonzalez, 41, was arrested following a traffic stop on Interstate 44 in Phelps County, Missouri, that revealed a hidden compartment chock-full of cocaine bricks beneath the floorboards of his Mercedes Sprinter van.
