PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man has died after police say he was hit by a vehicle late Tuesday night in central Phoenix.
Officers responded to the crash near 18th Street and Osborn Road, just east of the SR-51 overpass. When they got to the scene, they found a man who had been hit by a vehicle.
