Valley Metro has relaunched its Share The Ride website and app in hopes of encouraging more people to carpool.
Thousands of people were already using the website before the first update in five years, according to Juliana Vasquez-Keating with Valley Metro.
She said there were over 200 people using the app before it was announced and anticipates that number to be higher in the coming weeks…
