Arizona’s fight against organized retail crime took a significant turn this week as Attorney General Kris Mayes announced a substantial indictment connected to a multi-year, multi-million-dollar retail theft ring, as reported by the Attorney General’s Office. The grand jury brought charges against the online entity ‘iSold It on eBay,’ based in Glendale, and several individuals, including Charles Hudson Jr., Charles Hudson Sr., Sherry Hudson, and Carlos Flores, as well as over two dozen so-called “boosters.”
The indictment comes after a thorough investigation led by the US Department of Homeland Security, revealing that from 2018 to 2024, the iSold It ring was involved in selling stolen goods, particularly Blu-Ray and DVDs, and is alleged to have made over $2,000,000 from such sales activities, their Amazon storefront served as a front for these dubious transactions offering discount prices on what was lifted merchandise.
