Dogs, cats and livestock rescued from Tempe property

TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — A woman in Tempe is facing charges after multiple incidents of animal cruelty at her property.

On Sept. 11, officers and Arizona Humane Society (AHS) staff arrived at the property near Rural and Carver roads. They found numerous dogs, cats and livestock all living in poor conditions. Officers say none of the animals had access to food or fresh water.
