PHOENIX — Several regions of the Valley were hit with over half an inch of rainfall on Wednesday as more storms continued to pass through Arizona.
The storms resulted in Glendale and Mesa recording at least one inch of precipitation, according to Maricopa County’s rainfall data. The storm activity resulted in Desert Sky Mall shutting down on Wednesday evening due to a partial roof collapse. The areas surrounding the Phoenix mall reported getting more than half an inch of rainfall throughout the day.
