Phoenix police arrest 4th suspect in October killing of 16-year old

A fourth suspect in the killing of 16-year-old Troy Bomelyn was arrested and booked into jail on Nov. 20, Phoenix police announced.

Charles Stokes Jr., 20, was arrested for one count of first-degree murder and armed robbery, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office. Three other teenagers were arrested and charged with murder in connection with Bomelyn’s death, according to Phoenix police.

Two 17-year-old boys and one 15-year-old boy were later remanded and charged in adult court, police said…
