PEORIA, Ariz. — Newly obtained police records are shedding light on the moments leading up to a deadly police shooting in the West Valley last June, when Peoria police shot and killed an unarmed man suspected of kidnapping.
12News reviewed Peoria police reports from the incident, which detail what the mother of a 9-month-old child told officers after a confrontation in her neighborhood.
