PINAL COUNTY, AZ (AZFamily) — A stretch of Interstate 10 has reopened south of the Phoenix area after a deadly crash late Wednesday.
The two-vehicle crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on eastbound I-10 near Casa Blanca Road at the start of a marked construction zone.
