PHOENIX — A man who allegedly fled to Mexico was arrested for the 2019 murder of 18-year-old Ethan Devrivera in Phoenix, according to court records.
Records show that the suspect, Ethan Ramirez, planned to set up a marijuana cartridge deal on Oct. 21, 2019, with Devrivera in Phoenix.
The two exchanged messages on where to set up the deal. Devrivera at 7:32 p.m. that day said he was almost at the location and to meet him at the car. Ramirez reportedly asked to see photos of the cartridges at 8:19 p.m. A few minutes later, Ramirez told him to drive to him and he would take them…
