The Sun City West–Surprise Reciprocity Council of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) hosted its annual Founders Day luncheon Jan. 17 at The Colonnade in Surprise with more than 160 guests.
Each year, thousands of P.E.O. members nationwide honor the seven women who founded the P.E.O. sisterhood in 1869 in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
