GOODYEAR, AZ (AZFamily) — A shoplifting suspect is dead and an officer was hospitalized after a struggle for a gun led to a police shooting in Goodyear Tuesday afternoon.
According to investigators, police were called out to a shopping plaza near Interstate 10 and Litchfield Road around 4 p.m. for a retail theft.
