PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting that left a man dead in west Phoenix last month.
Detectives arrested Anthony Bracy, 33, on a first-degree murder charge and other firearm-related offenses in the alleged killing of 44-year-old Steven Stone Jr., Phoenix police announced on Friday.
The case began with a late-night report of shots fired on Jan. 16 near 25th Avenue and Hazelwood Street, just south of Camelback Road. Officers arrived and found Stone had been shot, and he died later at the hospital.
