The hype is higher than ever for Din Tai Fung.
The Taiwanese dumpling house revealed earlier this week that it is set to make its Arizona debut with a grand opening at Scottsdale Fashion Square on April 20. Prior to that day, the restaurant will have a reservation-only soft opening period beginning March 12.
