Developer plans 363-unit housing community near Turf Paradise in north Phoenix

PHOENIX — A multifamily community spanning 18 acres is officially underway in north Phoenix, according to the developers behind the project.

Sanctuair Deer Valley will bring new housing to the northwest corner of 19th Avenue and Grandview Road, across from Turf Paradise, according to Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc.

The community will offer 363 housing units — including one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as townhomes — ranging from 737 to 1,802 square feet. These residences will be located within two- and three-story garden-style buildings.
