BBQ to burritos, 15 new restaurants open on metro Phoenix’s westside

The West Valley is one of the fastest growing areas of metro Phoenix. And the restaurant scene is keeping pace. Out of nearly a hundred new restaurants that opened in metro Phoenix over the last three months, over a dozen of them opened on the westside, from Surprise to Peoria, Glendale to Goodyear.

Peoria in particular welcomed some of the most anticipated new eateries, including Santo Agave Mexican restaurant at Park West shopping center and the debut of a popular East Valley barbecue joint in downtown Peoria. Glendale also welcomed a handful of exciting new eateries, such as the Arizona debut of Vallarta Supermarkets.
