PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix-area drivers should plan for freeway closures and delays this weekend as the Arizona Department of Transportation continues several improvement projects.
Southbound State Route 51 will be closed between Northern and Highland avenues from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday for asphalt removal tied to a pavement improvement project.
