SURPRISE, AZ (AZFamily) — Police have reunited a lost child with her parents after she was found in a Surprise neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Police say the girl, who is between 1.5 to 2 years old, was found in the area of 181st Avenue and Deer Valley Road.
