Phoenix-based restaurant operator TPQ Foods is doubling down on the West Valley, lining up two new concepts, including a fresh face for Goodyear’s buzzy GSQ entertainment district.
One of those projects is Magdaleña, slated to land in GSQ with a projected May 2026 opening, according to project renderings cited in a March 31 report from Phoenix Business Journal. The expansion would add another homegrown player to a part of the Valley that developers have been steadily circling with new dining and entertainment concepts.
