GLENDALE, Ariz. — Glendale police say officers were already on their way to a deadly shooting before anyone called 911, thanks to gunshot detection technology that helped them quickly locate the scene and identify a suspect.
Just before 4 a.m. on April 3, officers responded to the area of 59th Avenue and Missouri Avenue within seconds of multiple gunshots being detected by a system known as ShotSpotter.
