KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — Five people were arrested when officers searched a Kentwood home as part of a drug investigation, police say.
The bust happened Thursday morning at a property on S. Division Avenue between 56th and 58th avenues.
The Kentwood Police Department says it carried out the search as part of an “ongoing narcotics investigation,” though it did not provide additional details about exactly what officers were looking for.
In all, nine people were detained. Five were arrested: four on outstanding warrants and one for possession with intent to delivery meth. Police say they are also pursuing drug charges against three other people. None of the suspects’ names were released later Thursday…
