Now, one of the area’s longest-running local restaurant brands has officially opened the doors to its new West Side home.
Adobe Mexican Kitchen Is Now Open on Bridge Street
Adobe Mexican Kitchen (formerly Adobe In & Out) is now serving customers at 527 Bridge St. NW in the former El Sombrero building near Seward Avenue. The new restaurant features indoor seating, a patio, a drive-thru, a late-night walk-up window, and plenty of parking.
It’s open from 10:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Wednesday and 10:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
The opening marks the completion of a move that was first announced more than two years ago. In 2024, Adobe revealed plans to relocate its longtime Fulton Street restaurant to Bridge Street as part of a larger effort to modernize and expand the family-owned business…
