Members-only golf club among metro Grand Rapids building’s potential tenants

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A planned 90,000-square-foot building within the Walkerview industrial park could house manufacturing, a members-only indoor golf club and more.

Ada-based Honeycrisp Ventures is looking to build the facility at 2210 Northridge Dr. near Walker Avenue, just north of I-96. The plan is to lease out the building to multiple tenants.

The building itself carries a price tag of around $7 million, but that figure does not include land or other costs, especially as individual tenants make changes. In all, Sietsema estimates total investment could exceed $15 million.

Bunker Social advertises itself as a “premium” golf club. Individual memberships start at $199 per month, with additional tiers at $349 and $499 a month. Various tiers of corporate memberships are also available…
