LOWELL, Mich. (WOOD) — Wholesale marine distributor Land ‘N’ Sea is set to move its Wyoming operations to Lowell as part of a larger effort to maximize resources and cut costs.
Currently, Land ‘N’ Sea has its West Michigan location at 4674 Clay Ave. SW near US-131 and 44th Street in Wyoming. Soon, however, it will move distribution to Navico Group’s Lowell facility, a spokesperson for parent company Brunswick Corporation confirmed to News 8.

Both Land ‘N’ Sea and marine supplier Navico Group, which includes Attwood among its portfolio of brands, are divisions of Brunswick. Land ‘N’ Sea needed more space and Navico Group had some available in Lowell, making it “a great, shared opportunity to work together with two Brunswick Companies to gain efficiencies,” Brunswick Chief Communications Officer Lee Gordon wrote in an email Monday.
The Attwood facility in Lowell is located at 1016 N. Monroe St. north of Grant Street. Right now, the facility houses manufacturing and distributing operations. Land ‘N’ Sea is expected to take over about 50,000 square feet of space there…
