GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Three years after breaking ground, Michigan’s first consolidated rental car facility is set to open Wednesday in Grand Rapids.
Called the CONRAC, the $156 million rent-a-car facility at Gerald R. Ford International Airport is designed to bring multiple rental car agencies together under one roof, boosting efficiency and access to rental car options, according to officials.

It will feature state-of-the-art technology, dedicated rental car counters, efficient vehicle pick-up and drop-off spots, and will be connected to the main terminal by a climate-controlled skywalk.
