GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Trinity Health Grand Rapids is rolling out a new program that aims to get prescription medicine to some of the lowest-income patients in West Michigan.
Through a partnership, the Trinity Health Grand Rapids and the nonprofit Dispensary of Hope are working to provide medications available to low-income, uninsured individuals living with chronic illness.
