A favored burger spot in the city is closed, but not for long.
The owners or Black Napkin at 996 Fulton Street East are temporarily pausing operations while the restaurant undergoes a major expansion. This includes additional seating in the front and more kitchen space. Right now, the restaurant is set to close from Aug. 1 to Aug. 19.
