KENT COUNTY, MI – Cascade Township is planning a $10 million revitalization project at its downtown riverside park, including the construction of a new pedestrian walkway beneath Cascade Road and a rentable pavilion space for events.
Construction at Tassell Park is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks, including the demolition of two nearby buildings for future improvements and the reconfiguration of the park’s parking lot. Other park improvements are slated for construction in 2027.
