GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — ArtPrize returns to Grand Rapids this month, and with it, more than 1,000 artworks will fill the city.
Venues across Grand Rapids will host pieces ranging from paintings to glassworks to gargantuan sculptures. Entries can be found in restaurants, museums, businesses, public spaces, churches and, in past years, even in the Grand River.
Over the course of its duration, ArtPrize usually draws nearly a million people to Grand Rapids to explore the artworks. Visitors have a chance to cast votes for their favorite pieces and help decide who takes home the grand prize of $100,000…
