Rockford’s newly renovated Krause Memorial Library will open its doors to the public on Saturday, Nov. 21, the city announced this week.
The ribbon-cutting and grand opening will mark the completion of an $11.7 million project that has transformed the library into a larger, more modern facility designed to serve Rockford residents for years to come, city officials said.
