WYOMING, MI – Plans are underway for the construction of a new Mexican restaurant and banquet space in Wyoming, located right off the M-6 highway.
The new Palominos Mexican Cuisine is proposed for 2.9 acres of vacant land at 2184 Metro Lane SW, near the University of Michigan Health-West Hospital property. The UM Board of Regents unanimously approved the sale of the undeveloped property to Palominos Mexican Cuisine, LLC, for $600,000 on Thursday, Sept. 17.
Site plans show the new restaurant will be roughly 6,275 square feet in size, with an additional 725 square feet of covered patio space outside. Upstairs, there will be a 1,850-square-foot second-story event room for large parties and special occasions…
