Montejo’s Cookhouse Opening Permanent Location in Grand Rapids Area
The owners, Jazmin Montejo and her husband, built their business around authentic Cuban pizza. These personal-sized pies feature a slightly sweet tomato sauce and a crust baked with a ring of crispy cheese around the edge.

Montejo’s Cookhouse is setting up shop at 128 28th Street SW in Wyoming, taking over the former Bosna Express location that shuttered earlier this year after an impressive 25-year run.

According to Wood TV 8, the owners are aiming for an official grand opening on October 10, complete with live Cuban music to celebrate the milestone.
