GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A pet store and dog grooming business is shutting down its Grand Rapids location, citing rising costs, difficulties caused by construction in the area and the changing character of the neighborhood.
Fido & Stitch opened in 2015 at 820 Monroe Ave. NW near Mason Street. More than a decade later, it’s winding down operations there, with its last day of business set for Oct. 28. Fido & Stitch’s Rockford location, meanwhile, will stay open.
